We are pleased to announce a BSP update in our embedded Linux distribution. The new release targets the NXP i.MX RT devices and brings in support for the LVGL — the most popular free and open-source embedded graphics library.

LV in LVGL stands for "Light and Versatile". More information about this library can be found here: https://lvgl.io/

The Emcraft BSP now includes a port and integration of the LVGL, specifically for the i.MX RT devices running uClinux.

The immediate platform supported by our integration is the i.MX RT1050 EVK board (https://emcraft.com/imxrt1050-evk-board/)
