 Liteon A65 Camera Starter Kit

The Liteon A65 camera starter kit provides a modular hardware platform enabling development of embedded ToF applications using the NXP i.MX 8M Mini SOM and the Liteon A65 TOF camera.
The starter kit is assembled as a miniature multi-layer "Cube". This "Cube", when assembled together, presents an i.MX 8M Mini-based embedded computer with ToF vision, composed of the following stacked hardware modules:
- Emcraft i.MX 8M Mini System-On-Module (SOM), in the following configuration: i.MX 8M Mini Quad, 2GB LPDDR4, 16GB eMMC, WiFi/BT, Commercial Temp range. The SOM is an off-the-shelf embedded computer module, which comes pre-loaded with Linux and binary PMD Roayle/Spectre ToF software stack, allowing for immediate development of ToF camera applications.

- MEDIA board is a second board in the stack, which provides various UI, multimedia and I/O interfaces.

- PMD TOF camera with the adapter board interfaces to the MEDIA board. Specific TOF camera included with the kit has the following parameters: Liteon A65 camera, Infineon IRS1645C, HQVGA 224x172 (38K) pixels, 105x85 FOV, 24.7x10.7x5.8 mm, 0.1-3m, average 300mW, up to 60FPS (3D frames). The camera interfaces to the i.MX 8M Mini via 2-lane MIPI-CSI2 and I2C interfaces.

- HGI board is a third board in the stack, which provides additional connectivity and I/O interfaces.
